KOD Management LLC d/b/a GILD CAGE collects your name, email and optional phone number when you buy tickets, and your email when you join our newsletter or ticket waitlist. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not stored by us.

To deliver and verify tickets, provide customer support, send event updates you requested, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, process payments and operate events, and when required by law.

Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter and waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
